Does the language of the building quietly recede into its contextural surroundings or intentionally stand out? Does the time of day or season influence our perceived emotions in an interior space? Is there an underlying narrative to expose through material, form, human interaction or movement through spaces?
These are some of the many questions to consider. In my photographic practice, documenting architecture is undertaken with a thorough understanding, preparation, and an aptitude for observing and reacting to real-time moments to draw out meaningful stories through reflective yet captivating images.
